When delivery is available, the equipment is shipped with return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Preparation
The team prepares the drone, batteries, controller, cables, accessories and transport case.
Photo check
Drone, gimbal, batteries, accessories, case and shipping label are photographed before departure.
Handover or dispatch
The kit is handed over or shipped with the necessary documents, return instructions and label.
Customer receipt
The customer confirms receipt and can add photos or report any issue immediately after opening.
Return
At the end of the rental, the customer places all equipment back in the case and uses the provided return label.
Final inspection
Power Drone checks condition, accessories, batteries and potential damage before releasing the deposit.
Delivery package
For eligible rentals, outbound and return shipping can be offered with a clear package to avoid hidden costs.

Return checklist
Everything sent must come back in the case, in the condition required by the rental terms.
- Place the drone back in its case.
- Return all rented batteries and accessories.
- Add cables, chargers, propellers, cards or modules included in the kit.
- Disconnect any personal account when applicable.
- Follow battery return instructions.
- Use only the provided return label.
- Inform Power Drone immediately in case of damage, crash or anomaly.
