How it works
Rent a DJI drone with a clear, secure process.
Power Drone Rent supports short-term and professional DJI drone rentals across Benelux, France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Every rental is linked to a verified account, valid insurance, a documented kit, a deposit and a controlled return inspection.
Verified account
KYC for private customers or KYB for businesses before the first rental.
Insurance required
Drone insurance and supporting documents may be required depending on the equipment.
Documented kit
Serial numbers, accessories, batteries and condition photos are checked before dispatch.
Controlled return
The equipment is inspected before the deposit is released.
A rental in 6 steps
The goal is simple: make the customer journey easy while protecting the equipment and the mission.
Create your account
Set up a private or business customer account before requesting a rental.
Complete verification
Private customers complete KYC. Companies, administrations and organisations complete KYB.
Upload drone documents
Depending on the drone: insurance, UAS operator number, pilot certificate and country of use may be requested.
Book your dates
Choose the drone, rental duration, compatible options and handover method.
Receive the equipment
The kit is prepared, checked, photographed and either collected in Luxembourg or shipped when eligible.
Return and inspection
On return, Power Drone checks the full kit. If everything is compliant, the deposit is released.
Before you rent
A professional drone can represent a high value. Verification helps us match the right equipment to the right profile and avoid avoidable risks.
Identity or company
Your customer profile is validated before the first rental.
Drone insurance
Insurance must match the intended use and country of operation.
UAS documents
UAS operator number and pilot certificates may be required.
Progressive access
Enterprise, thermal, mapping or high-value drones may require stronger validation.
Delivery and return
Pickup in Luxembourg is available. Round-trip delivery may be offered across Benelux, France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, depending on the drone, duration, transport conditions and customer validation.
Preparation before departure
The Power Drone team checks the drone, batteries, accessories, serial numbers and photos before handover or dispatch.
Documented return
The customer returns the equipment with the provided instructions. On receipt, Power Drone checks the kit and any potential damage.
Important: renting a drone is not a flight authorisation.
Power Drone rents equipment. The customer remains responsible for insurance, flight authorisations, UAS operator registration, pilot training and all rules applicable in the country of operation.
Frequently asked questions
Key points before booking.

No. A validated account is required before any rental can be finalised.
Can private customers rent?

Can I add batteries or accessories?
Yes. Compatible options are offered with the relevant drone and are not rented separately as self-service accessories.
What happens if the kit comes back damaged?
The kit is inspected on return. Repair, replacement or handling costs may be deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately if they exceed the deposit.
